i finally snapped some pics of the frame. it’s tough to photograph in doors with all the shadows, but i did the best i could our walls are white but look kinda pink in these pics. notice the missing buttons on the couch in the last pic? the handiwork of our cats. this space is an eternal work in progress, once the living room is somewhat done i’ll take a photo of the entire space. the frame and lamp are vintage. i thrifted that blanket back in my uni days for a few bucks. the sofa’s name is andre, it’s from room and board, our biggest splurge yet.
*thanks for your concerns regarding hurricane sandy. josh and i didn’t lose power at all. we came out unscathed, but so many of my high school friends lost their homes. my heart goes out to all those affected by sandy.

that frame is genius! love your autumn decor.
I love the way you decorate the frames! So pretty! Love the sneak peek of your home!
Nice space!! Even though you describe it as an external work in progress I like the homey-vintagey minimalist vibe!!
What a lovely room.
Glad you are alright…love the decor ib your home! Praying for your friends!
love the way you bring to life that frame above the couch.
glad to read that you’re doing fine. prayers to your friends who lost homes
that’s a fun frame, lots of fun possibilities. love your sofa too.
Beautiful! I just love the simplicity, the cleanliness and structure and that it at the same time feels cozy and warm. A fine balance I’m not that good at I’m afraid. And I just love the blanket! How good to hear that you weren’t to affected by the hurricane but I also feel bad for those who were. Nature is a strange thing, it really shows how dependent we are on it.
that is the coolest frame ever! did you doctor it or did it come like that? so pretty!
