tipa tipa is two years and two months old. i thought it was fitting that i do a little retrospective to celebrate. i was on the road for the actual “blogversary” so here i am, celebrating now, two months later. i’d like to think that my fashion sense has improved since i started. it’s been such a fun journey. i didn’t even wear makeup before i started this blog. now i feel much more like a lady. on our way to the most recent wedding we attended, i did my makeup in the taxicab using the iphone camera. i thought, man, i need a compact mirror. then i’ll really be ladylike. i’m really glad that i’ve gotten to know so many of you through your blogs and a few of you in person. it’s been a fun ride with josh too. most shoots are incredibly relaxing and quite romantic. believe it or not i never liked having my picture taken until i met josh. we use to go on trips and weeks later develop the film and the photos made my heart race. this space couldn’t exist without him and i’m incredibly grateful that he truly enjoys photography as this was his hobby long before we met. thank you all again for your positivity. i can’t wait to share what i have in store for the rest of 2012! i’ve been digging deep into my closet, piecing together more of what i already own that often goes unworn. so, we have yet another wedding this weekend and so the series continues…have a wonderful weekend.
