i absolutely adore vintage clothing for children. i found this dress for my niece at bust magazine’s craftacular event a while back and took a chance with it. i was so glad when it fit and snapped a few photos of her in the dress before we went on a bike ride. this wee little one is five years old and i wish she’d stay five forever. my nieces and nephews are growing so fast and it’s ridiculous but i really want to always be able to give them piggy back rides and take them for bike rides. i sure am enjoying summer with the little ones.

The barbie bike has been put to good use…last year it was too big and she was afraid and biked slowly…this year it’s just right and she’s a speed demon

I dreamt about my niece who is 6 years old and she was nearly as tall as my shoulders. I was like, OMG you’ve grown so fast. I still remember the day she was born. Really children too quick
